-----Helen Hu

This article introduces torts conducted on the Internet through the use of e-mail. Such instances include insult and defamation, as well as the doctrine of no-fault liability, the doctrine of liability for wrongs, and the doctrine of liability for reasonable care. All three are principles for bearing liability.
Additionally, this article provides us with the applicable items and regulations that govern tortious activity on the Internet, and shows how the doctrine of liability for wrongs is applied in China and how to protect your legal right under such doctrine.
