In order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the Administrative Measures on the Establishment of Partnership Enterprises in China by Foreign Enterprises or Individuals (Measures), China's State Administration for Industry & Commerce (SAIC) urged, in a circular, that various administrative departments for industry and commerce shall strengthen their supervision and administration over the foreign-invested partnership enterprises.
