| The China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) and the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) stipulated, in a circular on January 13, 2010, that each business departments of commercial banks with bancassurance services must acquire the Bancassurance Service License and be authorized by the legal person prior to providing such services. | |
