In December 2009, as the IPO legal counsel of China Engine Group (“China
Engine”), Gary Gao, the partner of Duan&Duan and his legal team participated
in the listing ceremony of China Engine’s 6 billion KRW IPO in the Korean
Exchange (“KRX”). This is the first enterprise of Mainland China successfully
listed in the KRX after the global finance crisis broke out, and also be the
one with the highest issuance price among the China companies listed in KRX,
which exceeded 40% of the opening price.
