On Feb 18,2004,Mr. Charles Duan, the managing partner of Duan & Duan Law firm, was interviewed by Finland National Television Station. Duan&Duan Law Firm is the only one law firm which it commends in China and Eric Zhuang is the only one China lawyer in it.

The Chinese legal counsel group led by our partner Mr. Steven Gong, consisting of our lawyers Richard Song, Ramon Gu, Michael Hu, provided comprehensive legal services for Shanghai Overseas United Investment Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. in respect of the “Baltic Pearl” complex community development project thereof in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, whose total investment is about 1.3 billion USD, the total development period is around 8 years. It is the largest overseas real estate development project of China, which demonstrates the strong force of Duan&Duan in providing legal services for the development of Chinese companies abroad.
